It’s here they started restoring 20th-century wicker and rattan furniture, as well as creating an original line of contemporary pieces – designed by Raphaëlle Hanley and made from local materials by nearby artisans. The studio’s collections now have a dedicated following, including Aerin Lauder, Beata Heuman, Kelly Wearstler and Jake Arnold, all of whom flock to La Maison Vime at Vallabrègues in Provence to source Vime’s unique home furnishings.
